Here some important information provided by Vaho
- Pre Tour
Some details of the pre-tour are still open. I will prepare final schedule with prices as soon as I know approximately how many participants will be on the pre-tour. For those taking part in the NOME 2020 Pre-Tour, we recommend to arrive to Tallinn Saturday, August 15th. Accommodation in Nordic Hotel Forum can be arranged for the same NOME rate. Tour rate will be depending on number of participants and prefered accommodation type.
- Hotel
Early Bird rate for hotel is available until February 20th – so there is over 5 weeks time to make booking. For those coming to Pre-Tour, additional night(s) in same hotel for same rate can be booked (Early Bird rate until Feb 15th). Bookings can be done directly at the hotel or by Vaho.

- About the Program
As August 20th is Estonian 2nd Independence Day (Restoration of Independence) and President of Estonia will be very busy with official guests, she does not have available time slots for meeting us. There is an option of meeting Mayor of Tallinn, if he does have a slot available on Saturday. Though, I’m planning to invite some Past Presidents of Round Table Estonia to our Lunch after NOME Meeting – especially those from our activity times.
I tried to leave also some free time slots into programme – Tallinn Old Town is very beautiful and many of us like to explore it on own as well.
I also tried to book most of our activities within 10-15 min walking distance, so it will save time and there’s no need to arrange bus transport. There’s one destination on Friday evening (Telliskivi Creative City and Fotografiska) about 2 km from hotel – but tram stations are very close both to hotel and event place, so I hope you don’t mind using tram for getting there and back. Daily pass will be provided with welcome pack.
