Some more information about the meeting.
Those who take part in the pre-tour and arrive on Saturday August 15th just need to book the night from Saturday to Sunday at the hotel. From Sunday we will be on the tour and stay each night at a different place.
The hotel can be booked directly or through Vaho. The following applies to direct bookings: NOME rate code ROUND TABLE is available when booking over e-mail or phone:

On hotel web page this promotional code is not entered into system. When booking via Vaho mails can be sent to vaho@klaamann.net. Vaho will deal with hotel then, payments to same account as Registration fee.
The same price applies for additional nights.
When making bank transfers from some countries, bank also asks for beneficiary address – so for registration fee transfers you can use this:
