On Saturday morning, after the official NoMe Me, we went to Midleton, where we learned everything about Irish whiskey, both theoretically and practically. With our alcohol levels raised, we travelled back to Cork for the NoMe dinner and the exchange of gifts. After the farewell break on Sunday morning, most of us returned home with new experiences and the certainty of having experienced another great NoMe.
